About Heat Holders
Heat Holders has spent nearly two decades engineering thermal wear, from socks to hats, gloves, and blankets, for people who refuse to let cold weather slow them down. That same engineering mindset needed a channel built to match it.
The Challenge
Demand peaked every winter. Heat Holders’ Amazon channel infrastructure needed to scale to capture it.

A Catalog Working Against Itself
Top product lines were scattered across separate, unlinked listings instead of a single parent structure, so reviews and traffic were split rather than building search rank together.
No Advertising Infrastructure to Build On
Heading into its busiest season, branded search was open to competing third-party sellers, creating a clear opportunity for structured PPC campaigns and a keyword ranking strategy.
Listings Not Built for Peak Search Volume
Peak season reliably brings a surge in shoppers, making main imagery and search visibility two of the biggest levers Heat Holders could pull for organic discovery.
The Solution
Rebuild the account's foundation before peak season demand arrived.
Catalog Realignment
We consolidated product variations under the correct parent ASINs so reviews, traffic, and conversion equity could compound in one place instead of splitting across separate listings.
Full-Funnel PPC Stack
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brand Video, Sponsored Brand Collections, and Sponsored Display remarketing were layered into one connected strategy, reaching shoppers at every stage of the funnel.
Branded Traffic Defense
Third-party resellers were pulling shoppers away from branded search results, so defensive advertising and product placement campaigns were launched to protect core ASINs and win that traffic back.
Listing & SEO Optimization
Main listing imagery and on-page search signals were rebuilt across the catalog, positioning every product to capture more organic discovery as peak season traffic arrived.

TO BE CONTINUED
The partnership continues through 2026 and beyond. The focus now shifts to securing full Buy Box control from third-party resellers, building a rolling 90-day demand forecast to plan ahead of peak season swings, and pushing TACoS toward a 20–25% benchmark, all in service of a next-season goal of 50–120% revenue growth. The work is far from finished, and we’re glad to be part of what’s next.
