  • Pitch and Close Qualified Prospects: If simplistic can add value, time to make a pitch.  The AAF is responsible for developing pricing per opportunity (to be approved by management) and preparing a fulfillment proposal/agreement for the prospect.  Time to see it through, keep educating the prospect regarding the services offered, answer their questions, get a signed agreement and roll up the sleeves to start fulfilling.
  • Execution/Fulfillment Process: Keeping it simple requires processes.  There are a lot of stakeholders involved – clients, coworkers, suppliers, etc. and simplistic processes help projects stay on track and keep key parties informed.  Pre fulfillment, fulfillment and post fulfillment activities are all critical for execution.  The AAF touches all of it and is expected to follow processes and suggest improvements.
